Thanks for the quick response I tried different things but I couldn’t get it to work. I’m trying out a different program now called “Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery”. This program seems to automatically recognize my SD card so I’m giving it a try. I appreciate you taking the time to make this tutorial and also responding to people’s comments and questions good job.

I would suggest trying it in an alternative drive, or in another computer. No guarantees, but worth a try. Good luck!

you may need the fully paid version to get some file types of video back… then the program will recover ALL data, regardless of its data type. It’s well worth the price in my opinion.
