RuneScape – Evolution of Combat Boss Solos Pt. 1

03 Feb

Several days after the release of EoC to RuneScape, I thought it would be nice to make a compilation of boss monsters soloing once more. Like, Comment, Fav, and subscribe for more videos like this! πŸ™‚ My comments regarding some boss monsters in this video: – Chaos Elemental: Lvl 138; Life points: 17250; Weakness: Bolts With the removal of PK Skulls, the wilderness is now even much more dangerous and high-risk, as you will drop all of your items at death (with the exception of 1 item if you have Item Protect). What you will face is the Chaos Ele will randomly teleport you around (usually away from); you can resolve this by using an ability on your actionbar, assuming you have the boss targeted. The Ele can also disarm you if you have inventory space. This is dangerous when you are peforming an ability that channels. As shown in the video, I was using Snipe, but then I got disarmed, so snipe did not work as damage calculation only triggers if I have a ranged weapon equipped. While re-equipping your armour or weapon, you will suffer a 2-second cooldown for all abilities. Dagannoth Kings: Lvl 156’s; Life points: 37400 Weaknesses: Prime: Arrows; Rex: Fire; Supreme: Stab These bad boys are by far the hardest to solo, you cannot bind Dagannoth Rex (even if the spell hits) as he is immune to stuns (including many other bosses). I’m hoping Jagex decides to fix this particular error. Even if you were trying to kill Supreme first with Magic Protection prayer, you will get destroyed

RuneScape – Song from the Depths [HD][2/2]

27 Jan

This is a playthrough of the new quest released in May 22, 2012, Song from the Depths. This was filmed the first day it was released and I didn’t use any walkthroughs while filming all this. The quest is fully voiced and the music is actually eerie is suspenseful, so it’s an interesting quest. Keep in mind that you may use this as a walkthrough if you were to do this quest yourself, but this video will not be specific about certain areas as this quest was done without the use of walkthroughs. The rewards are as follows: 1 Quest point 700 xp on Constitution Coral crossbow 50 Coral bolts Remora’s necklace Reduced incoming damage when fighitng the Queen Black Dragon Access to the Grotworm Lair & 2 spins on the Squeal of Fortune Bonus rewards (not included in these footages due to time constraints) When you return to the cave where the quest took place, by following the dialogs, it will lead you to a room with two ancient writings on two walls, separated by an acid pool. You can investigate them to earn Constitution XP, 5k closest to the exit, and 25k located on the other side of the acid pool (both requiring Level 80 Constitution). When you cross the acid pool, you will take constant 9 damage each time while you’re swimming through the acid pool. RuneScape is a trademark to Jagex Ltd. RuneScape – Fight Kiln – No Overloads & Familiars

08 Jan

The title says it all. I made this vid to demonstrate that you don’t really need a familiar or overloads to complete Fight Kiln, even though it takes more time this way. The actual record for this run is about 80 minutes starting from after the first conversation before Fight Kiln begins and ends at the cut-scene after the Har-Aken battle. It could have been better if I have not pulled some mistakes where you will notice while watching this footage. I was going to add in a time-stamp to make things easier, but unfortunately the video FX from Vegas look a lot sloppier than the previous versions. Please know that this is not a guide for new players who have never done Fight Kiln for the first time, I recommend watching Smokey9112’s guide. www.youtube.com My video uses some similiar methods he suggests except there were some minor alternatives I made while filming. The reason I did so was to get the best run time possible, so strategies to perform a decent speedrun comes first, safety comes second. If you have any questions relating to the Fight Kiln or the video, leave a comment with the time stamp of the video, wave # and the question you wish to ask. RuneScape is a trademark to Jagex Ltd. RuneScape BOSS Monsters Solo Version 3 (Part 6)

Music: — To Aru Kagaku no Railgun – AIM Burst Umineko no Naku Koro ni (TV-Anime) – Kudasareru Shinpan Black?Rock Shooter TV-Anime – La Storia ~ il destino Shakugan no Shana III – Dans le tourbillon d’une lutte The final piece to the solo series non-EoC 2012 edition featuring the Corporeal Beast. I’m sorry to say that Nex will not be introduced to the series but will appear on the EoC edition when I’m prepared for it. Corporeal Beast is easy based on many other updates since it was released, as the only thing that a player needs to worry about is magic level and defence bonus which determines the damage output from the corp’s mage attacks since meleers only need to pray melee or flash-Soul split if using Ancient curses. RuneScape High-Level BOSS Monsters Solo (Part 3b)

28 Sep

Music used: — Killzone 2 – Autarch’s Sanctum Battle Final Fantasy XII – Speechless Fight X-Ray Dog – Dethroned Part 3 of the High Level RuneScape boss monsters solo. Part B is the final half of part 3. To answer who will ask how I’m hitting the Corporeal beast a lot is because when using Statius’s warhammer special attack, it can reduce the target’s defence by 30% when attack is successful. Unlike Sap Warrior/Leech Defence, Curse (spell), and Enfeeble, the 30% reduction can stack. The cheaper method would be using Darklight’s special attack that can reduce Attack, Strength and Defence by 5% with a successful hit.

As an added bonus, you will see how I solo the most terrifying boss in a more dangerous way. πŸ˜€ Part 2 of 2 Boss List —————— Kree’arra (level-580) [HP:255] Commander Zilyana (level-596) [HP:255] General Graardor (level-624) [HP:255] K’ril Tsutsaroth (level-650) [HP:255] FAQs — Q: Why are you fighting K’ril without melee prayer? Are you insane!? Perhaps I am? This is suppose to be a challenge that I personally thought of to test my experiences throughout combat. As long as you have good defence and armour you will not get hit as often, alternatively stand underneath him to stall for time lol. Armour doesn’t determine the damage you will take from his melee attacks, it will lessen the chance to take damage. However this is still inadvisable for inexperienced players who are willing to fight K’ril. Q (or is it?): Wow you suck, Sosolid2kk owns you. (unless you’re mentioning someone else) First, I wanna see you solo every boss, and also not get anyone else involved unless you’re his/her concubine; still pathetic if you do so. Disclaimers: – I do not own the music used in this video
