My last head shot had been getting a little long in the tooth. So on a whim the other day, I redid it.
Gotta keep things fresh, I always say. So I try to redo my head shot every seven years, whether it needs it or not.
As photographers, we only get to see one side of the equation—and that does not involve looking down the barrel of the gun, either. So being on the receiving end is always a learning experience. Even more so when you are on the shooting and receiving end.

www.iwaggle3d.com After a few months of jealous peeking from behind the waggling shoulders of Kinect users, the PS3 community can finally enjoy the latest synesthetic shooter experience from the creator of Rez, with PlayStation Move and (for the lucky ones) in stereoscopic 3D. Wonder how it turned out? Hit play to find out! As usual, the following analysis describes how the PlayStation Move controls work, but does also provide a comparison with those of the original Kinect release. ———- – Subscribe to iWaggle3D www.youtube.com – Follow iWaggle3D on Twitter : twitter.com – Join iWaggle3D on Facebook : www.facebook.com Video Rating: 4 / 5

From the HISHE Archives: This was my first Sketch of a Navi after we had decided to make the Avatar HISHE. This character is actually not even in the final short because it was created from thin air. Sort of practice, if you will. After seeing the movie several times and looking up tons more reference material, the characters were changed to look more like the ones of the film (tried to anyway) Hope you enjoy the screen capture vids and the tiny insight into the drawing side of HISHE. Please read the Description Box/Info Box. .: Info about this Video :. Game Title: Project DIVA Dreamy Theater 2nd Platform: PlayStation 3 Developer: Sega Publisher: Sega Genre(s): Rhythm game Mode(s): Single-player Project DIVA is a rhythm game created by Sega and Crypton Future Media for the PlayStation Portable featuring the virtual-diva vocaloid Hatsune Miku. The gameplay is based on pressing buttons on the controller when floating gray button icons appear on top of the colored button icons. Project DIVA Dreamy Theater 2nd is an add-on of the sequel, Project Diva 2nd and now supported stereoscopic 3D display. Hatsune Miku (????) is a singing synthesizer application with a female persona, developed by Crypton Future Media. It uses Yamaha Corporation’s Vocaloid 2 synthesizing technology. The name of the character comes from a fusion of the Japanese for first (? hatsu), sound (? ne) and future (Miku (??) sounds like a nanori reading of future, ??, normally read as “mirai”), referring to her position as the first of Crypton’s “Character Vocal Series”. She was the second Vocaloid to be sold using the Vocaloid 2 engine and the first Japanese Vocaloid to use the Japanese version of the Vocaloid 2 engine. Her voice is sampled from Japanese voice actress, Saki Fujita. Hatsune Miku has performed onstage as a projection. Although James Cameron’s Avatar was amazing, Jake Sully did forget to mention one important thing; his whole reason for being there. Hot blue girlfriend = forgotten diplomacy. 🙂 Get your HISHE shirts now: howitshouldhaveended.spreadshirt.com Check out our website for cool extras: www.howitshouldhaveended.com

Here are some live action screen shots from a clip from Avatar in XD 3D, the worlds premier 3D conversion format, bettered only by the 3D original. Put these bold claims to the test, turn off the lights, watch with red-blue 3D glasses in HD fullscreen, and move back. I took a whole day to do the 3D video clip, it is spectacular beyond belief on an HDTV @1080p, due to copyright all I can show is this promo screenshot video…enjoy it…I certainly did. If the studio is looking for a 3D release of Avatar that works in anaglyph on a normal HDTV…this is it….it would be my pleasure 🙂 Video Rating: 4 / 5

What makes this one special is the fact that it was filmed, vfx’ed and comped all in just 4 days. It was made as part of the “4 day Film” catagory in the Darklight Film Festival. It follows 4 MMORPG players taking about their online persona’s. As they tell their stories we see them go about their everyday lives against the mundane backdrop of city life…but as their Avatars. There was a team of people on this with director Gavin Kelly leading the troupe. I worked on the 3d characters along with John O’ Connell and Will Sharkey. John O’ Connell was 3D Lead.
