This test captures most accurately the satisfaction of this car’s feel. I have no experience with any previous si’s but never having considered a Honda before I test drove this car literally on my way out of town to buy a new Scion. Once I tried the 2012 Si sedan there was no getting me out of it. I have never gotten so attached to a car so quickly, no shame to the Scion I liked it very much too but in the first 100 feet the Honda staked it’s territory.

8th Looks better, sounds better and feels better than the 9th Gen. I do like the interior and alloy wheels of the 9th Gen though 😀

Nice video–thanks for sharing. I’m thrilled with my new SI; I’ve had it a week now. Question–why does it act like reverse is painful? It’s “wound tight” in reverse–sorry, that’s the best way I can explain it. If you can’t tell, I don’t have a large mechanical vocabulary!
