Food photography is like wrestling. “Is it real?” is the question I’m asked most. Food photography is done behind a myth that everything is fake. Well, it’s controlled, but it’s usually not fake. Mainly because we love food and we want to eat it. You see that pizza slice or that bowl of ice cream? Chances are, I got myself a spoon or a fork and dug in. Real is beautiful.
