Simran excitedly narrates about Abhimanyu s efforts but nobody is interested. The party celebrations continue. Saurabh tells Simran that although Abhimanyu has reformed, he cannot forgive Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu s parents meet his new friends. The Chief Minister asks Abhimanyu and Simran to come for a meeting. Verma thanks Simran for opening his eyes about providing justice for Poonam. Bhawani thanks Simran for her support. Chanchal phones Neha and informs her that her mother has fallen unconscious.

Poonam gives an emotional speech and breaks down. Abhimanyu then tells the audiences about the chain of events. When reporters throw awkward questions at Abhimanyu about Poonam being a call girl, he gives a fit reply. Simran is very touched. Another reporter asks him about his change in profession from a fashion photographer to a reporter. Abhimanyu tells Simran that he is happiest seeing the joy on her face. The representative informs everyone that Verma has handed over Manoj to the cops and resigned from his post. Poonam is overwhelmed. Simran lauds Poonam and the entire team supporting her. Abhimanyu goes to shake Simran s hand but embraces her. Manu prepares for a surprise birthday party for Simran at her place.

Saurabh asks Abhimanyu to go away and warns him that he won t let him hurt Simran anymore. Abhimanyu tells Yash how nobody wants him to meet Simran, so Yash asks him to divorce her. Abhimanyu slaps Yash. Abhimanyu catches Shankar red-handed stalking him. He tells Abhimanyu that Yash and Kiran are together. Saurabh tells Simran that Abhimanyu is meeting Kiran, and how Yash and Kiran are together. An upset Simran tells Saurabh that she trusts Abhimanyu fully. Yash decides to leave, so Kiran convinces him to stay back. Abhimanyu visits Kiran and scolds her for being a selfish and manipulative woman. A shocked Yash comes out of the room and asks Kiran to tell Abhimanyu that he is her son. Kiran tells Abhimanyu that Yash is his son as well.

Simran phones Mrs. Saxena and advices her not to scold Abhimanyu if he calls her. Simran blames herself because she was very rude to Abhimanyu. Saurabh suggests to Simran not to bother tracing Abhimanyu. Kiran is shocked reading the papers and goes to phone Mrs. Saxena but Anil stops her. Urmila tells Simran that Abhimanyu and she still love each other, so they should be together again. A frantic Mrs. Saxena asks Simran to come to the hospital. Simran visits the motuary and is shocked to see Abhimanyi s dead body.

The doctors operate on Sakshi to donate her eyes to Simran. Shankar narrates to Saurabh about Kiran and Yash. Yash is devastated hearing about Sakshi s death. Nakul returns to India and is shocked to learn that Sakshi is no more. Nakul cremates Sakshi. Shaguna informs Abhimanyu about Sakshi s death and her dying wish. Simran is operated upon, successfully. Kiran taunts to Yash how Simran cleverly manages to win over people to such an extent that Sakshi even gave away her eyes to her. A furious Yash warns Kiran not to speak ill about Sakshi.

Siddhant tells Urmila that Kiran has destroyed Aastha s life. Kiran assures Aastha that Siddhant will return to her. Urmila asks Simran not to blindly trust Aastha. Siddhant decides that he must repay Simran s gratitude, so he proposes marriage to Aastha. He asks her whether she would quit modelling if she loved him a lot. Aastha asks for some time. Kiran tells Aastha that Siddhant does not love her and that this is Simran s ploy. Aastha lambasts Siddhant for dancing to Simran s tunes and says that she will stay with Kiran. Meanwhile, Kiran phones Simran and promises her that she ll never let Aastha return to her.

Saurabh tells the board members that they can appoint Urmila on an unofficial basis. Urmila pleads with Simran and Manas not to entrust her with such a responsibility. Manas convinces her to take up the job. Wadhwa Nursing Home gets inaugurated by Simran. Manu fights with his brother and takes Gauri with him. Mrs. Saxena is worried sick trying to trace Abhimanyu. Gauri asks Manu why he doesn t marry Simran. He replies that it would be difficult now but Gauri requests him to think about it.

Aastha asks Siddhant and Sia to let her live her life. Kiran tells them that she is only helping Aastha become a model. When Siddhant and Sia try to talk Aastha out of keeping any ties with Kiran, she emotionally blackmails them. Kiran turns up at the same restaurant where Simran is celebrating with her family. A frantic Sia informs Siddhant that she has found some tablets and powder in Aastha s room. Kiran introduces Aastha to Khanna who promises her the role of an actress. Sia and Siddhant inform Simran everything about Aastha. Simran comes to Kiran s house and takes Aastha away but Aastha retorts saying that she doesn t want to stay with them.

Manu is thrilled to be in Simran s house. Simran and Manas try to make Manu recollect his past. While seeing old photographs, Manu tells Simran that yellow looks very good on her. She reminds him that it was exactly what he had told her years ago. Rashmi informs her family that Manu has gone to stay in Simran s house. Saurabh is not too happy about it. Kavita phones her father and tells him that she is worried about Rohit and Akshay after she s gone. Saurabh assures her that Rohit will always remain his son. Kavita also tells him that Simran was always different from the others and he always supported her decision. Saurabh comes to Simran s house to ask her why she is so showing so much interest in Manu. She replies that she was once in love with him.

Simran informs Janet and Dr. Bryan that Janet could be able to conceive again. Bryan and Janet get ecstatic on knowing this. Neha informs her mother that Simran has advised her consult another gynecologist. But Neha does not reveal this truth to Abhimanyu or his family. Abhimanyu along with his boss Mr. Menon approaches Simran and asks her to lend a hand for one of his campaigns. Abhimanyu gets furious as Simran refuses to be a part of it.
