ArsClip can monitor your Windows clipboard and lets you paste recently-copied items, plus you can define permanent items accessible via hotkeys.

ArsClip is a freeware clipboard enhancer for Windows XP and up. Arsclip remembers previous text and non-text items placed in the clipboard, accessible from most everywhere by pressing a Ctrl + Shift + Z hotkey.

When run, the software places an icon on the System Tray – right-click to select options or press the customizable hotkey. History items can be edited or removed. You can also create permanent history items accessible via other customizable hotkeys, allowing you to create hotkeys for, as examples, your name, web or blog address, Facebook page, and Twitter account….

Mozilla Firefox – Plugins and Extensions – Automatically Store Selected Text in the Clipboard

The AutoCopy plugin for Mozilla Firefox automatically places selected webpage text into the clipboard without you having to do anything.

Let’s face it – most of the time when you select text inside a webpage viewed via Firefox, your next step is to copy it to the clipboard for pasting inside another web page, word processing document, e-mail message, etc.

If you copy a lot of text, why not skip the copy step? Automatically have Firefox place selected text in the clipboard without you having to do anything with the “AutoCopy” plugin….

Mozilla Firefox – Plugins and Extensions – Copy Page URL and Title to Clipboard, Configuring the Format

“My CopyFixer” allows you to copy the URL and/or title of the currently browsed webpage in Firefox to the clipboard.

Are you setting up a links page, do you write about websites, or do you often want to tell a few friends or coworkers about websites you visit via e-mail, Facebook, or Twitter? If so, don’t manually retype web page names or URLs when you can copy them to the clipboard and paste them into another application or webpage.

The “My CopyFixer” extension for Mozilla Firefox lets you copy the URL and/or title to the clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C when no text is selected. The format is customizable, so you can copy web addresses to the clipboard formatted as an <a href>, a comma-delimited text, a personal recommendation, or however else you wish….
