The Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 has its flaws ā its sunstars are uninspiring, there’s no built-in IS and the reverse zoom-ring-in-front setup drives us a little crazy. But it’s an incredibly compact F2.8 tele-zoom with weather sealing, and it’s no slouch in terms of sharpness. Chris and Jordan venture into the empty streets of Calgary with the lens ā and walk away quite impressed.
