Simran gets tensed when she comes to know that Astha is staying at Radha s place. But Radha does not reveal anything to Astha. Simran asks Astha to leave from Radha s home as soon as possible. Astha fails o understand Radha s love and concern for her. Astha gets confused as even Simran behaves strangely and asks her to go away from Radha s home.

“Aspiral”

John Rylands started his business with a single penny…

The neo-gothic building of the John Rylands library situated in Manchester city center recently received the addition of a new extension. The atrium part of the extension was chosen for the incorporation of an artwork on the west wall. (This artwork was never put forward and is not the one chosen for the space)

I chose to use small squares to give the visual effect of fragmentation. Each small square threaded onto "Aspiral" is either made from cotton rag paper or organic linen / cotton. Since William Morris is one of the great achievers within the library’s collections, his superb use of colour was incorporated into the artwork. I chose to add the colour sparingly so as not to distract from the form, textures and subtlety of the fabric and paper.

… the Aspiral demonstrates a life long commitment to the cotton industry and literature, the combination of aspiration and hard work.

Nil Sine Labore – "nothing without work", Rylands family motto.

Artwork design for John Rylands Library as part of my Design degree. Image is photoshoped and is not actually displayed in the library. This design was never entered into the competition and was designed for degree purpose only. Winning design is by Derek Hunt www.limelightstudios.co.uk/

Three internationally-renowned artists will invite the public to explore the crossover between art and technology when they launch a radical digital media showcase at the University of Salford this week.

Through the ScreenLab 0x02 residency, artists Kyle McDonald, Joanie Lemercier and Joel Gethin Lewis have been working with students and researchers at MediaCityUK and an advanced technology centre on the main campus. Together they have developed interactive artworks that provide a unique experience for each visitor by creating artificial worlds using sound and visuals that react to their movement.

Detail of painting by Camille Pissarro (10 July 1830 – 13 November 1903) was a French Impressionist painter. His importance resides not only in his visual contributions to Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, but also in his patriarchal standing among his colleagues, particularly Paul Cézanne and Paul Gauguin.

MTA Arts for Transit in Sept. 2011 unveiled "Union Square in Motion," a temporary interactive art installation in which the movement of passersby animates a digital visual display depicting nine sets of abstract and organic-themed images created by nine student artists. The display is a digital zoetrope, a series of still images that differ from one another in slight ways and create the appearance of animation when viewed in succession. The artwork’s creators describe it as the world’s largest digital linear zoetrope. More: bit.ly/rfb22z Photo by Metropolitan Transportation Authority / Rob Wilson.

We hit the bars in the snow yesterday (it was still there by the time we got the camera out, this time LOL). The bar was too icy for any big moves so we spent most the session doing abs. The roads were too bad to drive; we used the park that’s right next to our house and it’s not the best bar in the world, but I like it. Shout to who every built that igloo!!!
