Quick overview and review of the Adorama b-grip by CP Tech Check out the update to this video – The b-grip EVO www.youtube.com Overall I found it to be a good setup. My main uses for it will be when I shoot at different trade shows, auto and motorcycle shows as well some sporting events, some outdoor photography, some formal event photography and other various gatherings. The b-grip could probably be used to carry most modern day consumer camcorders as well. The Adorama b-grip can be purchased at the following www.adorama.com
A video documenting a photoshoot showing the versatility of the strobe unit in getting different looks, even at the same location. Unlike the last one, I don’t go into great detail about the set ups and the techy stuff for photographers new to the strobing world. The set ups are really simple, and if you’ve been using lighting gear for a while you will probably be able to tell how I did it from the photos. Sometimes I used just one flash (Miranda) and sometimes two (Caroline and Emily), but never three. Hope you all enjoy! _Nathanael www.NathanaelGassettPhotography.com

Best settings Picture profile for “Film/Cine look” with Canon HDSLR 5D,7D, 60D, 600D (rebel t3i), 550D (rebel t2i) -Video Mode- Tip & tutorial sharing for the Film makers community. Based on my personal tests and experience. *This is what I found best and quite similar to CineAlta cameras curves & matrix* *Technicolor, M. Bloom & LaForet suggest same settings except for saturation @ -2 while I suggest minimum level for post-production&color grading* *ISO increments of 160 is also a recommended setting. My trip accross Australia (Jan 2010) from Perth to Melbourne, in our 1985 Mercedes 230e. Many of the sites are familiar to us Aussies and I didnt think needed any titling. The car averaged overall about 10-11L/100kmh of 98 octane with two male passengers and fully loaded (as moving home!). The final pic shows the overal trip stats, although the fuel cost was not correct. The thunderstorm was just over the SA border from WA. Video (low quality) was with a small Canon IXUS and the still shorts were mainly with a Nikon D90 and 18-200. The clip is an old Australian classic by Icehouse, Great Southern Land.
