Cascadilla Oct 08 3D

20 Dec

Anaglyph (red-cyan) of the Cascadilla gorge trail in downtown Ithaca NY. Need Red-Cyan 3D glasses to watch. (I prefer the red-blue/green glasses better) The amazing “giants staircase” running thru Cornell University. some of these shots seem to work well, although the compression on youtube isn’t kind to anaglyph. This is my first attempt at uploading a higher quality version of these. Hope it looks better than the past. Many many more videos of the amazing Finger Lakes waterfalls yet to be finished.

Get the most 3d viewing out of two HD cameras. Click on the 3D mark under the Video and select the way you want. Stereoscopic , anaglyph , Red Cyan and more ways.

Hey folks, F/1.0 is moving… I’ve restructured my site which necessitated moving the blog address as well. I’m not going to be updating this site anymore – head on over to http://www.edzstudios.com/blog for continuing articles (there’s some new stuff up there already).

Note: F/1.0 will remain up/accessible so any links to existing/old articles will still work.

Sites to Browse – Money – Financial – The Economics of Seinfeld

19 Dec

Learn about monopoly power as Kramer tries to sneak coffee into a movie theatre.

In today’s hard economic times you’ve probably been bored to tears hearing about economic terms such as nominal exchange rates, financial intermediation, and the depreciation of capital.

What better way to understand economic terms than to watch classic Seinfeld clips? That is exactly what Professor Linda S. Ghent, Associate Professor Alan Grant, and Assistant George Lesica of Eastern Illinois and Baker Universities thought. These educators have combined videos of Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer, so by watching them talk to a lawyer about spilled coffee, try to find an automobile in a huge parking garage, and discuss a “big salad”, you may learn economic concepts such as comparative advantage, opportunity cost, and rate of time preference….

DSLR Exposure Modes Part #1 – Photography Tips.

19 Dec

www.clickherephotographytips.com – Part #1 Please watch this Video before watching Part #2, as; Its only natural to start with Part #1 Would you like to learn more about the settings on your digital camera? There are simply too many setting on a digital camera for the beginner photographer to choose without becoming somewhat confused, particularly when you consider the fact that many of us are so excited to have a new camera All many of us want to do is to take it out of the box and start taking photographs! Unfortunately, the need to start taking photographs can be too much of an attraction when in reality we really should be learning from our camera manufacturers manual about all of the settings and functions within our camera. This is a vital step toward becoming a better photographer, regardless of the fact that it may take a little time to complete. The time and effort that you take as soon as you have purchased your new camera to learn about things like Auto, Aperture Priority, Shutter Speed Priority and Manual Settings will be beneficial to your photography in the future guaranteed So, this video has been produced to assist the photographers that choose to cheat the system, you know; the photographers that simply couldnt be bothered to read their camera manufacturers instruction book Thanks for watching my videos and I hope that you appreciate them. Best of luck with your photography Regards Dean.
