William Klein “Out Of Necessity”

Klein is an artist, photographer, filmmaker who rarely grants interviews. Born in NYC, Klein moved to Paris at a young age and still calls Paris home. He studied with Fernand Leger, worked for Vogue, made a documentary on Muhammad Ali but is most well known for pushing photographic technique to it’s limits.

Remember, I’ll be making 3D videos from time to time, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to invest in a decent pair of glasses. When it comes to anaglyph glasses, I give you these tips: * The more expensive, the better. You don’t want to be messing with flimsy, cardboard glasses, especially if you’ll want to use them again and again. I specifically recommend the Pro-Ana 3D glasses (.95). * If you don’t know which colors to get, get red/cyan. Whatever you do, don’t get a color combo that’s not either red/cyan, blue/amber, or green/magenta. STAR WARS : The Solo Adventures (HD)

The winner of the prize for Best Animated fan film at Star Wars Celebration V and was presented in 3D during the convention. “The Solo Adventures” tells the tale of how Han Solo dropped his cargo at the first sign of an Imperial Cruiser. But of course there is a lot more to the story! This film was a class project by students at the DAVE School of digital Arts and Visual Effects in Orlando Fla. This version of the film is not the same as the one that appears on Atom films.com. This version is the primed and polished HD version that was shown at Star Wars Celebration V (minus the 3D conversion.) Much thanks goes to the folks over at the DAVE School for giving us the opportunity to post this amazing film! Star Wars is Copyright Lucasfilm and all credit for this fan film goes to the students and staff of the DAVE School.
