The photographer Jurgen Schadeberg captured a revolution. His images defined the first Black Magazine: ‘Drum’, and his life became the subject for a Hollywood Film. As we follow the artist back to South Africa, his story casts a vivid light on the role role of the artist, as well as South Africa’s troubled past and uneasy climate today.
This six part series explores photography, and demonstrates ways in which you can improve on your skills. Today composition is explored, and Charlie explains what to include in your photo in any given surroundings.

3D HIGH DEFINITION — RED-CYAN Glasses
Video Rating: 5 / 5
IMPORTANT: Try adjusting the hue/tint on your TV, monitor or player so that the image comes through at the proper color. Some new movies use red & cyan glasses, in these cases adjusting the hue/tint will make the image pop. Simply put on the glasses & adjust the hue/tint until the image becomes 3D. In this video I show you how to make 3D red & blue glasses for viewing 3D movies, video games and pictures with common household items. These glasses don’t require a special 3D tv or player and will work with all old 3D movies in the blue & red format, like Jaws 3D, Friday the 13th 3D as well as new 3D movies that are presented in the anaglyph 3D format, like Coraline. I decided to make these glasses when I couldn’t find any red blue anaglyph glasses to view some old 3D horror movies that I came into possession of. While not the ideal solution they did provide the gimmick 3D effect I was looking for. The trick to making these glasses work is to apply a clean thin layer of the sharpie ink to the cellophane so the image isn’t overly distorted. It can also help to apply the ink to both sides of the cellophane so it’s dark enough to filter out the red and blue color to each eye. You can also try adjusting the hue or color saturation on your TV so it comes through at the proper color & intensity. Movies designed for red and cyan glasses will require a hue/tint adjustment. Simply put on the glasses & adjust the hue/tint until the image pops. Good luck, thanks for watching & please …
