Inspired by the makers of All I. Can, Baraka, TimeScapes Find me www.facebook.com www.twitter.com Humans are part of the natural order. We’re risen apes that acquired language and learned to use tools. Skyscrapers and spacecraft may seem unnatural, but they’re just as much a part of the natural order as beaver dams and bird nests. Boring electrical lines hint at the energy solution of a mammalian species. Open your eyes to the world you’ve grown accustomed to, and rejoice in the fact that you can participate in the human project. – @ReidGower – www.twitter.com Music: Artist: DatA Song: “Blood Theme” Taken from the album “Skywriter” Courtesy of Ekler’o’shock Records and Naïve Editions facebook.com/0data0 Buy the song on iTunes: itunes.apple.com/ca/album/skywriter/id426310809 Shot on: Nikon D300 Canon 5DMII (courtesy of Victoria Camera Traders www.facebook.com GoPro Hero 2 Video Rating: 4 / 5

Links to reviews of all the quipment can be found here dombowerphoto.blogspot.com Well i cant fit it all in my camera bag as i think i need a bigger bag. What you will find though is a lot of second hand equipment My second hand gear consists of NIkon D700 20mm f2.8 28-75mm f2.8 105mm f2.8 85mm f1.4 70-200mm vr1 2 refurbished sb900 The new equipment i have bought has been 1 nikon sb800 and 1 sb900 50mm f1.4 10.5mm fisheye fuji s5pro nikon d300 (not in video) Canon 550d (not in video) but used to record the video Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 (also not in video) used for recording the video You will notice that none of my lenses are slower than f2.8 and yet a lot of them are very cheap lenses. Photography can be as expensive as you want it to be but if you hunt around you can get a lot of money off of quality equipment. The 70-200 buying that second hand saved me nearly £600! I usually get my second hand equipment from people that i meet or via adverts on free advert sites such as gumtree. but i always inspect the equipment before i hand over the money.

Johannes Pistrol rides a fine 2500m peak in the Karwendel, Austria, at the end of November 2011. Unusually late snow fall and dry conditions mean that the alpine riding season just goes on and on. During sunset the whole mountain turned red for 10 minutes, was totally awesome! Song is “Near You” by 10centSunday.
