www.1stoptutorials.com – This is going to be a fun tutorial on how to make eyes white. The first step will be taking out the color in those blood veins. We will then come in with our clone stamp tool to select white areas and pint it in the new area. The little trick to this is having the clone stamp tool blend mode set to lighten, this will allow us to lighten the darker areas. This is a tedious process but well worth it.
