Baby Mexican Black Kingsnake kills live hopper mouse

03 Jan

Here’s an update video for my MBK – Maximus. Haven’t uploaded one of him in a while and this was specifically requested by youtube user: mutantflamerobotics… so here’s some new footage shot during the halftime of the BCS championship game. This video was shot using a Nikon D90 and also includes slow-motion strike footage. Hope you enjoy it.

I wouldn’t feed live unless there was a good reason, i.e. refused frozen thawed. Whats yours?

Yeah, i would suggest per-arranging your funeral. Extremely fast, extremely flighty and most of all extremely dangerous. Why dont you buy a hognose, heh.

He’s just a kingsnake, like cornsnakes they are not venomous. They are constrictors.. choke their prey to kill them instead of injecting venom.

handle your snake regularly and thats not a issue, its more of a myth. it a unnecessary precaution it all depends on the temperament of the individual snake. i use it to better view the feeding

no wonder i don’t see snakes or lizards in the wild anymore. if the car or the pool or the cat don’t get ’em, the collectors will
