The basics of using an off camera cord; why you’d want to and how simple they are to connect, with some examples of off-camera cord photos with and without the orbis™ ring flash. Be sure not to miss using the orbis(tm) as a small softbox featured at the end, for directional light that isn’t harsh. Thanks to Anita, the model, from issis.co.nz for her help. Next video, setting up Nikon’s CLS system !

@supertril
si, hai ragione!
ma quando il muro non c’è?
nice
Really nice introduction to off camera flash. The Orbis is not magic or the ultimate – just a softbox with a hole in the middle. If you don’t need the hole, you can just bounce the light off a piece of cardboard of the same size – or better: Bigger. The bigger the better. A white wall is great.
hi does the macro mood for video works all the to max zoom 10x ! ipm palning to buy it thaks:)
Hi, I took some video of loud music at church this morning, and the bass cut out alot, but it was really loud.
I just bought this camera at Costco here on Vancouver Island…..charging it right now..Cost me $224 canadian dollars plus tax.(our dollar is just about the same as the US dollar right now) I see some people are complaining the camera battery gets charged while in the camera…not good if you have a back up battery you can use while the other is charging. I have been using the Sony DSC-W270 up until now.Hope this one is better 🙂
Thanks for the review!
you can watch live camera samples on my channel as well, day and night footage of stereosonic 2011 music festival, camera is not bad at all except for zooming noise in quiet movies

whats that annoying clickity sound with the video?
What Fps would you suggest for video?

I like your couch dude! and ummm the camera looks pretty good I want one kind of pricey for me but I’ll probably save up for it I love the sound and how it doesn’t make any noise or mute when zooming in and out.

I want to move to Wisconsin now 🙂
you did a great job on this info video, it kept my attention. Love your home and yard. Looks like you live in the northern part of Wisconsin by the trees and landscape. I would really like a video on how to use all the features. I am very lost with this camera.
