check out fujifilm s series. There are some cool cameras like my s6500fd but its a discontinued model so there should be some new stuff

Yes, if you set the digital zoom on but since it is digital, what u r doing is simply cropping the image with the known loss of pix quality (the lenses are still)

turn off the zoom and sound activate. Zoom and sound do not work together
