Stopped at the best part.
Does it have hid’s ?
One would give an eye tooth and a leg to own this coach well kept, sound good and clean as a pin!! Wow!
A good coach and a great movie
And let me just add, to see this 28 year old cruise machine still in revenue service in 2011, almost 2012 is fantastic!!. It would probably outlast any other over the road bus 2000 and up and probably more reliable too!!
1983….the year I was born…NOW….is just me or were H.I.D headlights installed on this beautiful machine???
good video
Great piece of History !!!!!! A+++
Eagle…..What more is there to say? 🙂
I am so, so, glad to see an Eagle 10 still in service in 2010 that’s in immaculate condition. Go Big Red, REBORN!!!!
Does this company just do charters in the tri-state area only or other parts of the region? I Have’nt Rode A “Real” Trailways Bus Since Greyhound Bought Them Out In 1988. But I’ve driven The New Jersey Transit 1990 Eagle Model 20’s. They Sat High but Rode Great. No Slope Though Like Houston (Texas) Metro’s Which Were Much Better.
Fortunately these will not be up for sale for some time, but do an Eagle Bus Search or go to Goodsons Bus Sales and you can find them up for sale!! Seated!! If you do get one, do not park the on grass and let them sit!! They will rust out as most church buses do.
So you are the owner, im looking to purchase a bus for my church
Wow! Nice bus! Love the interior lights! Just don’t forget your fast idle! Beautiful bus! 5 stars!
Yes this coach was an original Trailways of New England Model 10. This is the original fleet number on the coach as delivered from Eagle in 1982.
God I love that bus! Too bad the last meet you guys had I wasn’t there! I am so upset I couldn’t see the other beast!
is there any connection to the old Trailways Go Big Red company
I feel the same as you and I sometimes can’t believe I have two. I enjoy they and so does my groups who charter them. Stay tuned, I hope to buy another this year.
Wow! I’d love to ride an Eagle bus! I remember the days when they used to dominate “Trailways”. I miss that company.
Thanks for the video!
WHERE DO I Apply !!!! I miss driving those things .
We also love our Silver Eagle Model 01,….What a ride!
I would love to own one in the future! I have a great support group that knows the Eagle Coaches and to restore one completely and have it updated underneath so to put it back in revenue service as an operational nostalgia coach, that would be nice!
Do you have any plans to own a Model 05 “Lightning Bolt” siding bus?
I love my Eagle…the most fantastic ride of any bus!
It has a 6V92TA with an Allison 740 auto tranny.
Many thanks, took me ages to try to work out how to do this, your video made it easy …
Where did you buy it?
