Amazing whalewatch trip. January 25, 2010. 2 humpback whales come right up to our boat, close enough to touch. If you go whalewatching on Maui, make sure to choose a small boat such as those offered by Ultimate Whale watch, www.ultimatewhalewatch.com. The smaller boats get out to the action quicker, can move around to different locations quicker, and allow you to have the closest possible interaction with the whales.
