Hello, have you considered “photo SFX art” (search on Google for it)? There you can watch a good free video showing how you can take awesome pictures. It helped Matt to shoot photos that have that wow-effect after you look at them. I hope it works for you also.

It helped Joe to take photographs that leave you with a wow-effect any time you take a look at them. Hopefully it works for you as well…

Compact system cameras aren’t less complicated than an DSLR. Depending on the brand, yes, but in general, no. The only significant difference that matters is the fact that they’re mirror less. Smaller doesn’t always mean less.
