anaglyph 3d video red cyan.This video you need a pair of red and cyan (blue) 3d glasses cyan is a light blue.without 3d glass you wont get you the full stereoscopic three dimension movie effect .this anaglyph video was made with two video cameras side by side on a wood mount .this is and me writing on a notepad then my pecile brook so i get made and start swinging an axe right at your face dont get hit ouch. .this video looks better in full screen becues the two images are closer together than my other videos. Anaglyph 3D – Object out of the screen

15/07/2009 : 3rd test of a computer generated anaglyph movie (OpenGL & C++). This time, the object is between the screen and you. As a first step, the helicopter is brought to you, but without the 3D effect. Then it returns to the screen, and the 3rd dimension is added before it does so again. If you open your hand and put it to the lower edge of the screen, you really feel that the helicopter is over ! There are sequences of static position, so you can try to touch it ! Warning : beware of the blades … 🙂 Video resolution : 1280×720 (HD) As usual, you need colored glasses to see the 3rd dimension. The Red/Blue combination gives the best result.

Red-blue (or green) glasses are necessary to view this video properly. This is the anaglyph version of the video at: www.youtube.com There is no sound with this video. You will need red-blue (or green) glasses to view. This is an example of using color keying to digitally clear plant tissue and allow visualization of internal structures in 3D. For another example see Arabidopisis flower in 3d at: www.youtube.com . The technique is ideally suited for in situ hybridization analysis to detect mRNA in an anatomical context This is not a cartoon. This 3D volume was reconstructed from JPEG photographs of individual slices of plant tissue stained with Safranin and Fast Green. Photos were taken with a consumer-grade camera (Sony DSC707) mounted on a Nikon Eclipse 50i microscope using a 4X plan apo objective. JPEG images were imported into Adobe After Effects where they were aligned and the 3D volume was constructed. The full HD version is ½ the full resolution available. When the technology catches up, we will re-post at higher than 1080. Distortion-free sections were prepared by Research Associate Tan Tuong. All footage was shot in stereoscopic HD by Eric Deren. Song is “Candy” by Gary Pfaff ( www.garypfaff.com ) from the “Obsession Day” album, available on iTunes and CDBaby. Stereoscopic 3D Terragen Animation – New Stereo Land

To view the 3D in this animation, cross your eyes while looking at the video until a “third” clear 3D image comes into view between the other two. I’ve created a couple of 3D animations out of standard landscapes, however this time I crafted all of the land manually to ensure lots of potential “three dimensional stuff” to fly around. Granted, I still haven’t got the greatest textures or realism… maybe I’ll work on that some other time. (This took about 12 days to render on my crap PC btw… heh… don’t expect another one anytime soon.) The original avi will temporarily be at: www.rubbertoe.com
