Id like to make a statement , I do not have any interest in photo shooting but I do have a lot in fitness , so therefore I made the statement above. No sexual intent was made !

great lenses cost more or almost the same as a great to ok body so it’s not unusual to invest in lenses first, not to mention that an expensive brand lens will not depreciate as fast as an outdated camera body

any Canon dslr will do it, heck I’m still stuck with a 400D/Xti that was bought in 2006/2007 and still works, I only wish I’d have the money to upgrade as for lenses a 50mm is all I need for now

I have queried to over 5 different camera stores and for some reason each decided to use a car analogy for my question. The question was do i get a great body with an ok lense OR an ok body with a great lense. One said well would you Buy a Ferrari with b grade tyres or a Ford with AA+ tyres. In regards to the different sales people some would swear black and blue to get the Ferrari and upgrade tyres later, the others would swear black and blue that get the great tyres and upgrade the car later!?

But there is one thing i`d like to ask you…… i saw another movie that you`ve made about messing up your relationship, and i noticed that you gave the guy a macbook pro… that made me think…. i was thinking that maybe i should ask you to marrie me, you see…. i need a new IMac 27″ 😉 LOVE YOU Snappy 😉

The D7000 is at the higher end of Nikon’s entry level line. The D90 has been obsoleted several times over. Times change. The D90 was a great breakthrough in the “mid range,” at the time, now its capabilities are eclipsed by the low end. I don’t really split hairs regarding Nikon’s market segmentation. I’d take a D90 or D7000 anywhere, but they are vastly different than the professional segment.

Just because a beginner purchases D90 or D7000 (which are professional or semi-professional DSLR’s) as a first DSLR, it doesn’t categorise the DSLR as an entry-level DSLR.

Right channel keeps dropping out. Also lots of noise.

The d300s got only 12mp, and is still a good camera.
I never tried a D3100, but the amount of MP is no proof of quality. As a photographer, you should know this.
However, I like my canon 60d =)
