You still using this one for shooting? Verdicts changed on the HC-X900M since this video? Would actually be cool of you could do a follow up on this one now that you have used the camcorder for a while.
Class 10 or faster.
Excellent video! And what kind of memory card would you recommend for the X900? (No M unfortunately :))
I Am Saving Money Dave, and after 2 months My Dad Gonna Buy Me New Panasonic FZ150. Thank God my Dad is gonna get me a Camera. 😀
this is a fantastic video series, great work Dave! Keep it up 🙂
Do you know what, I’m gonna keep on recomending for camera’s, this time it’s Sony HDR-CX730E, it’s about £900-£1000, I would love to see you do a review of it, I don’t know very much about videography (I’m a photographer) but this one looks real good lol
Ooops sorry I meant the HF G10 which is the same optics. XA10 adds the handle and audio interface.
Good stuff, Dave!
No no no! I said the Canon XA10! This camera is ten times better than that lol
You will like my next upload then 😉
Many thanks.
Keep striving for it 😀
Thank you :D
Glad you like it, been planning for months.
Thank you.
Reviewed the HG10 and did not rate it too highly.
Many thanks :D
Really dig the new format 🙂
Miss the intro logo. High production standard nevertheless.
sometimes i just feel like punching you in the face.. idk why…
You tweet to much… just saying…:P
I watched this in full screen on my 13″ MacBook Pro. The quality is absolutely stunning. The content was really informative. It’s just a shame that I cannot afford this type of kit otherwise I could be seriously tempted.
Looking forward to the next episode. I really must take a second look at your new schedule.
I’m interested to see timelapse function of the HC-X900M.
I remember Leo Laporte not being happy when Jason Calacanis started making shows titled “This Week In _____”. Either way, waiting to see more footage of the Panasonic HC-X900M in action.
you got bored of making videos? or this is extra video other than normal reviews
3:35 – 3:40 Bad camera work dude. Great show though
hi dave! i love your videos! if you like i could make some reviews for you! i know loads about cameras and audio recorders!
This sucks for me, I’m currently using a FujiFilm S2950
So how much does the set up cost the rack and the defocus minus the camera
$319 is expensive, I wouldn’t be competent to say whether it’s fair or not, but it’s not cheap.
i use a Jar opener! £5 on Amazon… Not as hi-tech as this but it works 🙂
Hi, My name is Vince, I was looking at your site and I feel that I could be a positive add-on to the promotion of your site. I am tech reviewer on YouTube. My audience is very technology focused. Even though I can not guarantee a great review, I do promise a fair review. The review take place on YouTube. I would have links in the sidebar to the products. I am very open to suggestions. I currently have about 18 subscribers and almost 3,000 views in my first month. (making good progres) Also, I j
loving the vids Dave!
Nice, but in my opinion not worth the immense amout of money for what one actually gets. Maybe someday………. Thanks
serious bit of gear.
awesome video, as always :)
There no dout that this is a grate foucus system but the sholder mount looks to fragile. I would rather save up for a Steadicam if I was going to use one all the time.
Loving these new shows Dave. Good job :)
