Hi! I make beauty videos here on youtube and it’s really important that my videos are clear. I bought this camcorder thinking that it would be really good but all my videos are blurry! I don’t get what I’m doing wrong.. I edit in iMovie and then I export in HD. How can I make it more clear??

Actually, you can adjust the focus while recording. Before you start recording, go to the focus menu. Once there, click the Manual Focus (MF) button on the screen. Now press on the screen on the area you want to be focused. Press record. You can also change what is in focus during recording.

That is beautiful! I am thinking of getting the HF R200, as it’s only $184 refurbished from Canon. Just a little question: Can you change the focus while recording? Just wondering.

all i did was publish the video through an editor in 1080. How did you import your video to your computer?

how do you get the quality this good once uploaded on youtube? i just uploaded a video using this camera and the quality is poor once on youtube, but before i uploaded it is crystal clear on my computer. do i need to compress the file to get better image quality for youtube and what is the best way to do this?

all of you who were saying that the quality is bad don’t know that this video has been extremely compressed before the upload. If you want to see its true quality, look at my Will for a Wii. The Berney videos were shot with my phone fyi
