Looks like it was shot off a TV screen.

Looking at it, I say it is probably at 2500 ISO or above, and more than 30 seconds of exposure in this one. If you watch it in full screen you will notice that the stars moved a lot and the camera noise is big. New cameras have better noise reduction in higher ISO rates than the old ones.
