It’s a traditional Mongolian song. The meaning is about high mountains (there is a mountain range “Khangai” in Mongolia, so the song is about that mountain range, how beautiful that mountain is in fall, when it gets cool, and then it goes on about the sky, the nature, and her wishes. In general, the lyric is very philosophical, as usual in Mongolian traditional long songs. But the singer must be from Inner Mongolia, because of her accent.
