This is the review of the Nikon D5000 equipped with the AF-S DX Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VRII lens. Very expensive lens and pretty nice. You should have gotten the 17-55 f/2.8 or 16-35 ƒ/4!!!

NEVER use presets on a DSLR…You should only be using Shutter priority(S), Aperture Priority(A) or full Manual (M)…otherwise, you shouldnt own a DSLR

Great video, thanks. I’m about to purchase a camera and can’t decide between this Nikon D5000 or the Sony A33, any ideas as to which is better? Any help would be greatly appriciated, thankyou =)

@Appleaddict22
You’re absolutely right, Nikon is a Japanese. Brand name and that is the correct way to pronounce it but I happened to notice grammar mistakes in this video like other applefreak videos.

those dslr’s are so big! I’d rather just get an expensive point and shoot camera even though the photo quality isn’t as good.

BTW the 18-200 is not a good lens it has problems at wide angle and telephoto and isn’t very quick if you are going to buy an 800 dollar lens wait a little longer and get the 24-70 2.8 which is a million times better.
