In the Paderewski edition (urtext) the tempo marking is 69 for a dotted crotchet: 2-in-a-bar, not 6.

This video is very well done! It is very artistic both musically and visually, and you gotta love the sound quality you can get with digital pianos… it’s a shame these sorts of videos don’t get very much attention on YouTube.
I’m thinking of buying a CA63 for myself. I’m going to audition one at a dealership tomorrow 🙂

I know, I know… It’s quite scary! It was the first time I’ve seen my hands from a side and I was shocked about my little finger bending that way when I noticed it after the recording was done. Strange thing is I’ve been playing for about 17-18 years and have probably done that for all that time! I have even spent some time figuring out why I am doing that and one possible explanation might be because my fingers are short and I am trying to stretch them as wide as possible… Bloody stupid 🙂

Hi CyberGene, nice playing. But take care with finger 5 of the right hand. You should try to bend it a little bit, otherwise you can get an injury. See pip-joint-injuries-finger
