    the question is what will be the result when u shoot a photo with 12600 iso on T2i .. u know this cant make out a good pictur e.. and the D90 makes good pictures at high isos with like 1250 or sth like that and the T2i craps photos at that kind of iso

    I have the D90, it takes amazing pictures, and the video isn’t that bad. I think the audio for it isn’t all that great though. But that’s just me.

    but it be a great buy to get something that records great video/sound and can take good pics as well.. so for me the canon t2i will work just fine :)..

    The d90 only goes down to 200 ISO, while T2i goes down to a 100, plus you can bump the ISO up on a T2i to 12600 but 6400 with the D90.

    My last point and shoot camera is a 6MP (2 attachable lens) and I have a camcorder but it doesn’t do HD video. I went with the T2i recently because what it can do and was my price range. T2i kit with extra battery, battery grip and a 50mm lens for just under $1K.

    My brother has the D90 for about a year now. A double edge sword.

    Hi Matt
    I need your recommendation.I wanna buy a dslr but I cannot afford a new one.Now I could buy a used canon 30D with sigma 24-70/2.8 ex dg in really good condition at the same price as used T2i kit. So what Would you recommend for me?

    i thk u heard everyone said this, megapixels is never a factor for which is a better camera. The range is similar, u wont see much difference in the picture, the rest will rely on the lens anyway. i use 550d and i still think d90 is great. They are smiliar camera imo. even if 550d has video, i dont care, lol, not a factor when i choose my first dslr

    @mattaston
    Megapixels do not determine quality. unless you are trying to do billboard prints, the D90 will be fine for anything. looking for more megapixels? go with the D7000 better camera than both of these.
