OOOOhh… the dreaded “how long have you done something… I’ve done it longer” question lol. My point is that he is bringing so much to the photography community with his great series of videos and I think anyone who has been doing photography for a long time as well as people just starting can get something from his videos. Nobody is perfect so I’m sure you can forgive him if he makes little mistakes here and there….. 0_0
P.S. I’m pretty sure he knows film doesn’t have scan lines <_<
Yes I have seen many and also many are full of errors in what he has to say I been a photographer since 1964 how long have you?

I love Mark’s videos, but when I saw ‘rennt’ on the screen i almost cried! Yes it does mean race, but it can mean to run in a sense that she is racing against the clock. Keep up the great work Mark!

Flare is particularly caused by a very bright light sources either in the image — which produces visible artifacts — or shining into the lens but not in the image — which produces a haze. Most commonly, this occurs when shooting into the sun (when the sun is in frame or the lens is pointed in the direction of the sun),
But I am not running a photographic company and selling to the public with advise, BUT if anyone is doing so then It should be GOOD and CORRECT info. that’s what makes customers come back.
Do a bad job and that is what customers remember most…..

One any movie poster is a still photo, not taken from film. Anyhow you are putting TV scan lines on to your Film poster.. It will not and does not have lines nor do any HD TV well not in UK any how we all have flat screens LCD or Plasma so no scan lines are seen, as only CRT will have them
If you wish to be seen as Professional=l Then get things RIGHT before posting it…….

I thought a lens flare was when light enters the camera on an extreme angle and then bounces around in the lens creating multiple images that have the shape of the aperture. This isn’t lens flare, it’s just two lights pointed at the camera.
