    This was filmed using my Nikon D90 with a 50mm 1.4f lens. Jacob and I took the kids to one of our favorite hangouts, the apple orchard 🙂 It’s so relaxing and beautiful there. Gavin loves to explore and we enjoy apple cider slushies every time we go! Come along with us!

The main hero Kimba is called Leo in his origin country. In a rarely visited, far deep region in Africa, there appeared a male white lion called Panja. People were afraid of him as a demon, for just 4000 years have passed since a white lion which was worshiped as a god in the dynasty of Pharaohs was abducted. Panja who was blessed as the king among animals, however, was killed by a poacher called Ham Egg. Also, Panja’s wife, Eraiza, was captured and transferred to Europe by ship. In the ship, she gave a birth to Leo.

    www.1stoptutorials.com – This is going to be a fun tutorial on how to make eyes white. The first step will be taking out the color in those blood veins. We will then come in with our clone stamp tool to select white areas and pint it in the new area. The little trick to this is having the clone stamp tool blend mode set to lighten, this will allow us to lighten the darker areas. This is a tedious process but well worth it.   • Time Lapse of Blizzard Hitting East Coast

    Time lapse video of snow storm. Music used is by Yuri Simonov (The Nutcracker Suite: I Overture (original)) I used Nikon D300, took 1800 odd pictures at 6MP resolution using a timer,? then resized it to 1080p using Irfan view. Finally converted to video @ 10 fps using VirtualDub. Added audio using Windows Movie Maker and reencoded at 720p, as the 1080p video was a bit too large.

  • Meine Polaroidwelt

    Wie man bei meinen Fotos sieht, bin ich gern und meistens auch lange in der Natur unterwegs. Dass man das Ergebnis bei Polaroids sofort an Ort und Stelle in den bewundern kann, hat nur Vorteile. So sehe ich sofort, ob das Bild so geworden ist, wie ich es gerne hätte. Bildfehler fügen sich meist ungeplant optimal in das Motiv ein.

    Außerdem liebe ich es, die Fotos in der Hand zu halten und zu begutachten. Ein weiterer, für mich wichtiger Aspekt ist, dass man sich, bevor man das Foto in der Hand hält, den ein oder anderen Gedanken dazu machen muss. Man kann nicht einfach darauf los schießen und bei Nichtgefallen auf „Löschen“ drücken.

    Für meine Foto-Wanderungen bringe ich immer meine Fotoausrüstung mit, die meistens aus drei Kameras besteht. Da wäre zum einen eine SX-70 für Integralfilme wie Time-Zero oder Impossible, eine umgebaute Polaroid Pathfinder 110a für Packfilme wie 669, 665, 664, Chocolate 100 und eine 4×5 Wista Field für die Sheetfilme wie 79, 55, 64. Letztere ist meine Lieblingskamera. Auch wenn es die größte und schwerste ist, man hat so viele verschiedene Fokussierungsmöglichkeiten, die sich super in der Natur einsetzen lassen.

    Meine Anregungen beziehe ich zumeist von der mich umgebenden Natur. Ich lasse meinen Gedanken freien Lauf, um in einem Foto eine kleine Geschichte entstehen zu lassen. Gerade hierfür eigenen sich die abgelaufenen Filme hervorragend. Sie geben teilweise ihre eigenen, kleinen „Kommentare“ und lassen so wie durch Magie eine surreale Welt erscheinen – was man darin entdeckt, ist jedermanns Fantasie selbst überlassen.
