Our testing of the Canon G7 X III continues, which means we’ve brought along on plenty of day trips and adventures to get a feel for its performance in a number of situations. Take a look at some of the resulting images while we finish up our testing.

Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III sample gallery

We recently joined Olympus in Moab, Utah for some preliminary shooting with the OM-D E-M5 III. That’s why you’ll find plenty of classic American Southwest scenery among our first sample images taken with the newest Digital OM camera – see for yourself. We threw in a few shots from the Olympia, Washington area for good measure.

We’ve already posted a collection of photos from the entry-level Fujifilm X-A7 shot by our friends at DPReview TV, and now we’ve got a gallery of our own. Keep in mind that these were taken with a pre-production X-A7, so image quality may not be final.

Nikon Z50 pre-production sample gallery

Nikon’s Z50 is the company’s first Z-mount camera that comes with an APS-C sensor. Though we weren’t allowed to shoot Raw files with our pre-production test model, take a look through our sample gallery of out-of-camera-JPEGs to get an idea of what Nikon’s newest mirrorless camera (and newest mirrorless camera lenses) can do.

iPhone 11 sample gallery

It’s missing the telephoto camera that the Pro model is equipped with, but the iPhone 11 has plenty to offer between a new ultra-wide camera, Night Mode and an updated Portrait Mode. We’re testing out some of these features in more detail, but for now take a look at the image quality Apple’s latest generation of phones is capable of.

Fujifilm X-A7 pre-production sample gallery (DPReview TV)

This week’s episode features images shot with the X-A7 from the Beakerhead festival in Calgary, along with some colorful fall scenery. It all feels pretty apropos, given that October is right around the corner. All images are straight-out-of-camera JPEGs; this X-A7 is not running final firmware and should not be used to judge final image quality.

Nikon Z 85mm F1.8 S sample gallery

Nikon’s latest Z-series prime is one of its most impressive, offering very similar optical characteristics to the Z 50mm F1.8 S which we liked so much when we tested it back in January. Providing a traditional portrait focal length and moderately fast aperture, the Z 85mm is fairly pricey by the standards of an F1.8 prime, but it’s hard to argue with the image quality, at any price.

We’ve been shooting with the Z 85mm F1.8 S for a few days, to see what it can do. Take a look through our full gallery of sample images.

Is this our most dog-heavy sample gallery yet? it might just be.
