Special Mention for a really good friend and his constant support: scarysoul-quest.blogspot.com Part 2 of Tour Singapore What do you see? A photographic collage on colors, perspective and composition. “A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.”-Lao Tzu. A Shopper’s Paradise in Singapore. This video showcases the shopping scene of Singapore, something that visitors from all over the world enjoy doing and a tourist attraction, especially when there’s “The Great Singapore Sale.” Done by lifestyle photographer Wong Kin Leong, the photos are shot in Singapore and are inconjuction with Singapore Arts Festival. “I hope to show the side of Singapore that no one has seen before, offer something more than the ordinary and showcase a part of Singapore shopping and its city life, in a way that alters perspective and artistically abstract. Inspired by the show Watchman, and the phrase “WHAT DO YOU SEE?” A lot of the images are native to Singaporeans, and easily identifiable to them, and I hope that my photos achieves that instant recognition to my fellow countrymen. On the other hand, I want to show the world that Singapore has its quirkiness, a place to discover and enjoy, and offer the international community something distinct and unique.” 21 days of shooting 5700 photos along the shopping district of Singapore, Orchard Road and Marina Square area, 170 hours of color processing every photograph on Photoshop, 49 hours of video production on a Macbook iMovie, 1100
