Astha s rude behavior bothers Simran a lot. Sia informs Astha that she too is going through a similar crisis as she also came to know after 18 years that Archana is not her actual mother. Archana and her mother are worried as Sia searches her actual parents in India. They provide Sia a fake photograph of her childhood so that she does not succeed in tracing her parents. Siddhant finds that all those who came up as Sia s parents are liars. Sia gets very disappointed by this and goes to Goa to meet Anand.
Simran is extremely dejected seeing the photographs. Mr. Saxena apologises to Simran when she mentions about Abhimanyu s remarriage. Mr. Saxena wants to file a case against Abhimanyu but Simran tells him and her family that she does not want to seek revenge. Kiran forces Abhimanyu to talk to Anil on the phone and thank him. Kavita writes her in diary about her impending death. Saraubh asks Manas to marry Simran but he replies that he has never thought about it. Abhimanyu gifts Kiran a sari. When she drapes it, he tries to make her look like Simran. Kiran gets upset and reminds him about her identity. A peon from Aastha Nursing Home gives Abhimanyu an envelope. Abhimanyu is shocked to see his wedding snaps.
