The Nikon 300mm F4E PF ED VR is an extremely light-weight, compact telephoto lens well-suited for use on both FX and DX Nikon bodies. It is 30% shorter and 1.5 lbs / 0.68kg lighter than its predecessor, thanks to the use of a Phase Fresnel design.
