Nikon has published a YouTube video to celebrate the 80th anniversary of its Nikkor branded lenses. The video offers behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing process from making the glass to final assembly of the lens. In a press release, the company has also listed out few milestones of the brand’s history – starting with the first shipment of Aero-Nikkor aerial photographic lenses in the year 1933.
