Black magic is actually the best for the money hands down. But GH 1 GH to those things are freaking ridiculously awesome. The lenses easily worth a grand
If you think this is a joke then why did 48 out of 50 D P’s in Hollywood pick this footage as the best footage against red epic Panavision and arri HD camera I scrap 3 of my 4 Reds and bought 20 of these GH ones in hack them all they’re amazing and I have 4 black magic snow and another for coming with the PL mount

are you blind dude?? can’t you spot the difference I’ve been working with canon 7D so i can notice that image you sad was taken by GH1 i realty that was taken with canon 7D. Don’t fool with us. If u don’t know how to use canon 7D it’s not our fault, try to learn how to use it and than talk. Even from Nokia n900 can be made better photo when u don’t know how to use a real camera!

how about for photography? I have heard a lot about the hacked gh1 being superior for video but nowhere I find nothing about how it stands out in the photo world… and so far I’ve seen no pro photographers with a gh1, just canon or nikon

There is a hack for higher bitrates on the canons… check out magic lantern.
Someone NEEDS to hack the bitrate of the canon cameras.. I would give SO much for that.
