but a polizer is amazing piece of equipment…one should never leave home with out ti and you can get a really good quality one off ebay
Not very many people have a polarizer, and this is just a tutorial on how to take a photo of your car for resale, not how to take great looking photos of your car. And no he is not using a fisheye lens, that is just distortion. Quite a lot i admit, but i have tried it my self a few times when taking close ups with a normal DSLR lens. Software can correct it pretty well, but he is right. He just gives an easy tip on how to avoid it.
Yeah I have to agree with sizziacalunji this is not a tutorial on how to make amazing advertisemnet quality photos. This is just a guide on how to show your car on sites like autotrader in which case all you need is the right angles and clear images that show what the car actually looks like. When you buy a car I dont think the trees coming out of the roof or lots of reflections are going to make you not want to buy the car.
good grief O,o
if the car is Bugatti , i dont care about how he take the photos . ! every pics are awesome
People this is a simple guide for taking photos of a car up for sale. This has nothing to do with location or the photographer being a professional. Jeez…

yaeh would’ve been better if he used a 2.8 so at least the background would blow out a bit
a polizer works wonder….this guy is a idiot and wtf is he using, a fisheye?

you guys are cold….. man o man.
what a bunch of loser wanabe photogs commenting
Haha, no polarizer. Hahahahaha!
I know it’s been mentioned already, but – LOL. He’s such an amateur…
lol, use polarizing filter!
works everytime…LOL
hes not good enough to use a wind screen for the mic
wow, he’s a professional photographer? He sucks. The location is wrong, he has tree’s coming out of the roof and distracting backgrounds. He’s at a busy location giving far too many reflections. I wouldn’t listen to this fella. Must be the bosses son to keep his job.
why do you say that, looks like a 5d, he just sux at photos
did he really need to use a canon 5D to take those freaking shots? I think not.
The malibu is a great car!
hehe, i think i will feel you pain in a couple of years…
Awesome I’m pickin up a 50mm, and 21mm Zeiss this year. The 50 Im getting this weekend look out for a review.

My fave lens on a 5D Mk II.
I know what they cost and actually it’s no more than an L lens that everybody and their mother has, screw that. Price will not deter me.. as soon as I have the money to pay the price, LOL. I blogged this lens today cut paste google.

The song is by Adam Drake & Richard Bundy. It’s called “The Chalice”
nice…what is the ISO level?
Great vid! Looks like a TV advert!
you can get a set of 5 primes for 5500euros. Dunno what that’ld be in dollars. But considering the quality of the lens, its excellent value…
I love this song and the video of course;)
what’s the name of the song? cheers.
This is my next lens, but I wanted to know is it ok for shooting in low light.
