06/2012 Just purchased a used unit with packaging and contents, all in pristine like-new condition. Paid less then $500 on ebay. Video quality, features, functionality and flexibility are vastly superior to ANY units being currently offered in the $500-$750 price range, and even beats out many of the current prosumer level cameras on the market costing much more. It really is a tremendous value.

which would you take this one or Sony HDR-CX130 Handycam Camcorder. i don’t know why but I’m usually up for the HD and zoom.. The sony is 42x zoom and this Canon is 200x with the 10x optical zoom.. ?
